The venue was in a central location not far from communal areas, the harbour and beach and the centre of Newquay. I had some drinks at Black Lion, positioned 300 metres away.
That breakfast was missing.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, central heating and a work desk in the double room. It had a bath in the amazing bathroom. The hotel's location was central, to harbour. I tried some drinks at bar Property Penwig Restaurant, located 5 minutes walk away.
